It's my last week in Chicago before starting the tour. I've gotten most of my setup ready and am working on getting rid of everything I can't take with me. Below is my bag setup.

From Rear to Front:

Rear Panniers: Arkel Orca 45 (45L total). They are larger than I need, but I don't think the 35 would have been big enough. Lots of extra room for food and beer.

Backpack: Minaal Daily 3.0 (21L). I've been using this bag for travel and work and since I plan on visiting lots of cities it should make it easy to carry things around when I leave the bike somewhere. It's strapped to the top of the rack with Rok Straps.

Tool Roll: Nittanny Mountain Works Tool Roll - Fits all my tools and can be stored in lots of places on the bike. Plus it's made in Pennsylvania.

Frame Bag: Nittany Mountain Works Fastpak 1/2 Frame Bag (~4L). Fits my tent poles, spare parts and some snacks and is small enough to still have room underneath for water bottles (I've replaced the rear bottle holder with one that sits lower since taking this photo).

Cockpit: 2x Nuclear Sunrise Silo. Great for keeping snacks and my phone, wallet, and keys close by. Made in Texas.

Handlebars: Outer Shell Handlebar Harness + Outer Shell DrawCord Handlebar Bag (2.6L). The harness fits a 13L ovular dry bag and keeps it off the handbars. The handlebar bag holds my camera gear well. It's not easily removable, so I also keep a Matador Freerain waterproof sling bag in it so I can carry the camera gear with me when away from the bike. Made in California.

Total Storage Capacity: 85.6L.
